Contemplation & SPirit

Contemplative and spiritual practices are available for indivuals seeking spiritual and personal growth.


Mindfullness strategies are provided to help clear mental blockages and burnout. A fatigued mind leads to stress and dysfunction to mental health and wellbeing.

Creative Mindfulness Art

Creative mindfulness art is an 80 minute art engagement mindfulness activity. Creative mindfulness art involves bringing an awareness and attention to making art. Participants are not required to have experience. Practicing CMA engages the mind, body, and spirit - bringing awareness to the present moment.

Arts in Health

Arts in Health educational resources are available for participants who want to learn to improve their mental health using creative methods.
